Dear David Amos, in reply to your herein above copied post from your David Amos Rant, I hereby provide this PDF link of  a document, Brief – Lawful Excuse for Failure to Appear March 13, 2013, which was placed before Madame Justice Mary Jane Richards, presiding over Provincial Court matters regarding the Queen versus Andre Murray. This subject PDF link is a copy which was provided to both Provincial Court and the Crown Prosecutors Office, and adequately explains why I  Andre Murray will not be attending the Judiciary of Provincial Court, Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The video which proves that I am the victim of assault by Neil Rodgers was provided to the Crown Prosecutors office.

Why then have all charges not been dropped !
