Brian Parker since year 2005, reportedly, has always behaved in a abusive manner towards his neighbor Andre Murray who accuses Brian Parker of trespassing and vandalizing “Private Property” signs; that is to say when Brian Parker was not actually stealing the “Private Property” signs entirely; Brian Parker is alleged to have physically assaulted Andre Murray after Brian Parker had recklessly driven his car off the 29 Marshall Street, Fredericton private drive, this occurred as the snow was deep and Brian Parker does not have enough common sense not to climb a hill and ended having to backup into a snow bank, which resulted in a rage fit that he Brian Parker expressed by yelling then striking Andre Murray on the chest who was standing outside to investigate the yelling.
Andre sincerely believes that Brian Parker is dangerous to our community.
Brian Parker’s wife is in fact the witness, who made an assertion that Brian Parker did (steal) abscond the subject Federal Express correspondence intended for and addressed to Andre Murray furthermore, Brian Parker’s wife confirmed that when her husband was consequentially discovered by Federal Express as without property not his that Brian Parker then threw the evidence away.

The fact that Justice Judy Clendening is stopping my legal actions as I file with the Courts my meritorious substantive material evidence which conclusively proves that Brian Parker of 27 Marshall Street. Fredericton is a thief, who is so stupid as to actually take a Fed Ex courier Legal Documents intended for Andre Murray in doing so, Brian Parker signs his own name for the delivery (right outside Andre Murray's house) then when the courier discovers the fraud Brian Parker hides in his house refusing (for days) to answer the door.
Supervisor is finally able to get a phone call through only to find out Brian Parker refuses to return the legal documents to Andre Murray.
All of this is documented by Fed Ex and provided to Andre Murray.
What kind of judge must Judy Clendening be ?… to refuse to act on such evidence??
In your video of service upon the Parker gang, I can clearly see that Brian Parker opens his house door then tosses the Process Service – legal Court Documents, at Process Server Sally Parker.
We also hear Brian Parker's wife claim to have not been served despite having clearly comprehended the entire incident which was transpiring at the moment.
These Parkers are therefore clearly dishonest people!
For the Parker family to deny successful 'Process Service' while at the same time the Parker family is actually handling the Process Service Documents is regrettably evidence of Brian Parker's family being insincere, liars. It, the evidence, is here for all to see, we can see the Parkers disrespectfully throwing the documents out of his house.
Yes I have lived in Maryville (a suburb of Fredericton) most of my life.
Brian Parker I know as disrespectful of anyone anytime, I guess he moved here from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He met the wife who was separated and she took the lost hostile puppy in off the street.
Yes I have witnessed them walk their dog up and down Marshall Street, as the dog (while on a leash)is allowed to shit immediately beside the sidewalk, thereafter the Parkers will not pick up the dog shit instead leave pretending not to be aware.
I have observed the drunken street parties when the city councilor Walter Brown's campaign manager John McGloin who lived on White Court would threaten his wife and neighbors while partying drunk with the Parker family together with Neil & Trina Rodgers (step daughters and all).
Incidents like this resulted in the
alleged sexual assault of the Rodgers daughter by a Fisher Avenue neighbor of the Rodgers, as the daughter wandered around the neighborhood drunk looking for attention having just become drunk from drinking with this Marysville family party.
John McGloin convinced City councilor Walter Brown to illegally build curbs along the driveway which provided the Danielski's access to both White Court and on the other side access to Marshall .
Apparently this drunken trouble maker believed that to have two exits from White Court would increase the value of his house. John McGloin was selling his house at the time around year 2000 to move to Saskatchewan, I believe and since John McGloin was campaign manager for the infamous City Councilor Walter Brown this illegal act became City councilor agenda.
Another point of interest is that this land grab was occurring near the same time the Fredericton North side water front was expropriated for running trails. Riparian rights hundreds of years old were disrespected.
Fredericton has been a twisted corrupt City for as long as I have been here.
